Our associates, Marcus Rentschler and Milica Radivojevic, participated in the launch of the new book of the Business Law Centre at Lund University (ACLU): "Sanctions in the area of business law – damages, sanction fees, fines, etc.".

We can proudly announce that they, together with lawyer and partner Toralf Hällen, have contributed with a contribution to the book, "The Contract Suite in Practice – Especially in Relation to Public Activities". The grant highlights the structure of the contractual penalty and its role in the contractual relationships of public entities.
