WLN Litigation Focus Group

On Friday 17th March the WLN Litigation Focus Group met to discuss summons and how it works in our different jurisdictions; with a particular focus on whether summons can be delivered electronically (or if this is in the pipeline for the future).
We were also delighted to be joined today by two lawyers from WLN member firm in Bulgaria, Mikinski and Partners. Antonina Harteva and Aneliya Batleva joined group Chair Gloria Vinyals, Evelien Pijfers, and Sebastiaan Meeuwens.

Next time, the group will focus on how to file claims of liability of a director in a limited liability company.
