Italy: bureau Plattner with WIP in the expansion of its shops network in Italy

 

The Work in Progress Group (exclusive licensee of the US brand Carhartt, founded in 1889 in Detroit, Michigan, US), pursuing its expansion strategy in Italy, where it operates through various legal entities, assisted by bureau Plattner, has incorporated with Federico and Francesco De Maio, already active in the retail sector of Carhartt branded products, a new special purpose vehicle and acquired three new shops to be consolidated for the purpose of a near-future opening of a new flagship store in Milan, Italy.

The bureau Plattner team was led by partner Massimo Petrucci, assisted for legal aspects by associates Matteo Figini and Cecilia Palmerio.
