Italy: bureau Plattner with Mechan Groep in the acquisition of the majority shareholding in Agri Verde S.r.l.

 

bureau Plattner assisted Mechan Holding BV, a company of the Dutch group Mechan Groep, leader in the sector of distributing agricultural machines in the Benelux region, in the acquisition of the majority stake in the Italian company Agri Verde S.r.l., a company distributing the same technologies and providing services in the north-east regions of Italy.

The bureau Plattner team was led by partner Carlo Gurioli, assisted by Armin Haidacher for the due diligence aspects and by the tax advisor Rudi Moroder for the tax and financial aspects.

Agri Verde S.r.l. shareholders have been assisted by Studio Farina Consulting. The Studio Farina Consulting team was led by Dott. Flavio Farina, name partner of the firm assisted by Dott.ssa Alessia Poli, both Tax Advisors who also followed the economic aspects of the negotiation.
