Italy: bureau Plattner with the Austin Group in the acquisition of the majority shareholding in Aida

  

bureau Plattner assisted Austin Europe GmbH, a subsidiary of the American group Austin Powder, leader in the sector of high quality explosive technologies for civil use and related services, in the acquisition of the majority stake in the Italian company Aida Alta Energia S.r.l., one of the main distributors of the same technologies and service provider in Italy.
