About us:
We have been active as an independent law firm since 2007. Client first is the principle on which our office founded its existence. Clients and the protection of their interests is our top priority.
We proceed from the years of experience of our attorneys in providing legal services for domestic and foreign clients. We provide our clients with full legal services ranging from support of normal business activities to solving very specific legal issues.
As part of our comprehensive legal advisory services to clients doing business in the Czech Republic and abroad, we cover all relevant areas of law; from corporate law and commercial transactions, through employment law matters including negotiation with trade unions, to representation in litigation, arbitration and administrative proceedings.
We assist our clients from establishing of a company to its dissolution and liquidation. However, we do not leave aside clients in need of legal assistance in their private matters; in particular, representation in court proceedings, management of clients’ property as well as its transfer and settlement and solving of family and inheritance law issues.
