ALV Advogados is a lean full-service law firm founded in 2006. With a multidisciplinary team, we offer high-quality legal advice to domestic and foreign clients, both from a consulting point of view, structuring and negotiating a wide range of contracts and transactions, as well as in the litigation area, through the drafting of legal documents and representation of clients in judicial, administrative and arbitration proceedings throughout the national territory and abroad.

With a team of over twenty five people including partners, of counsels, associates and interns, ALV Advogados focuses on providing legal services to (a) multinational corporations, publicly traded companies or financial institutions that already have an in-house legal department and seek legal advice on specific projects or demands, including secondment of employees, or (b) growth-stage and mid-sized corporate clients, entrepreneurs or high net-worth individuals that don’t necessarily have an internal legal department and rely on us to provide legal support to them on a day-to-day basis and on more complex issues.
