WLN Next goes to Budapest!
You are cordially invited to attend the WLN Next meeting in Budapest in April 2017 which will be kindly hosted by our member firm Squarra & Partners Law Office and our member Réka Katona. We hope you can make every effort to attend what we hope to be a very productive and enjoyable conference for all. The meeting will focus on social media marketing for law firms and its legal framework.

Social media and online legal services – How can lawyers benefit from social media marketing?
Programme:
We will start on the 27th of April 2017 with a drinks reception in the offices of Squarra & Partners at 6 pm which will be followed by dinner.
The working sessions will take place on Friday and on Saturday morning.
As per previous meetings our working sessions will have an interactive approach. So we appreciate if attendants contribute with short presentations on the meeting’s theme. More details about the agenda will follow in due time. If there are any issues or subjects you would like to discuss in the conference, please let us know. Your ideas are highly welcome!
As for the Social Programme we would like to take a guided city tour on Saturday afternoon. Of course everybody is free to spend the afternoon at his or her own leisure.
Conference fee:
The conference fee is 160,00 € for each attendant. The fee includes dinners and lunch on Friday. Further you will receive a 72 hours ticket for public transport at the drinks reception. For those who choose to opt out of the Social Programme, the fee is 140,00 €.
Please note that the conference fee will be collected in cash at the drinks reception. Therefore we kindly ask you to bring the amount with you.
Travel and Accomodation:
Squarra & Partners Law Office is situated in Buda. The law office is reachable with public transportation. For more information please see the attached map.
We kindly ask you to book an accommodation of your own choice. Our hosts recommend Andrássy Thai Hotel (http://www.andrassythaihotel.com/) located in the vibrant city centre. Andrássy Thai Hotel grants WLN Next an allowance based on availability. The total rate for three nights is 283,50 €, breakfast included. If you want to make your booking at Andrássy Thai Hotel please indicate WLN Next or dr. Reinhardt András when you make your reservation at reservation@andrassythaihotel.com. Our contact persons within the hotel are Salila Onketpon, Gyöngyvér Laky, Dorina Fajka.
Please note that Andrássy Thai Hotel is centrally located but it takes approximately 20 – 30 minutes by bus to go to Squarra & Partners Law Office. For those who prefer a nearby option please have a look at Charles Hotel (http://www.charleshotel.hu/de/home) or Gold Hotel (http://www.goldhotel.hu/).
