On Tuesday 11th February the WLN Litigation & Arbitration Focus Group met to continue its work on a multi-jurisdictional comparison on bankruptcy proceedings.
Many thanks to Gloria Vinyals for chairing the meeting and to Zhanar Kassymbekova, Aselina Tulegenova, Armin Haidacher, and Sebastiaan Meeuwens for sharing their expertise. We are delighted that Zhanar and Aselina have joined our Litigation & Arbitration Focus Group, their insight as lawyers in Kazakhstan brings interesting new perspectives to the group.
