WLN Litigation Focus Group

On Tuesday 6th February the WLN Litigation Focus Group met to discuss our group projects; including comparative guides on civil proceedings and on how to file a claim of liability of a director of a limited liability company.
We also engaged in a roundtable discussion about our experience working in courts that require bilingual judges, before planning the group's next project which will involve a comparison of the use of electronically signed documents in court.
We are delighted to welcome a new member to our group today: Armin Haidacher of bureau Plattner in Bolzano. Armin joined the group's chair Gloria Vinyals and Sebastiaan Meeuwens.
