Poland: New Partner of our law firm

 

We are pleased to announce that from July 1, 2021, attorney Konrad Goszyc joined the group of Partners of Kacelaria Gorazda, Świstuń, Watroba and Partners. Konrad Goszyc has been associated with the law firm since 2013. He specializes in economic law, with particular emphasis on company law.

He provides comprehensive support for mergers and acquisitions, as well as advises on restructuring and consolidation within groups of companies, including foreign entities. He also specializes in civil, substantive and procedural law. His experience includes, in particular, representing clients in commercial disputes and advising on matters related to domestic and international trade.

Konrad Goszyc is a graduate of law studies at the Jagiellonian University (2012). He defended his master's thesis entitled "Acquisition of own shares by a joint-stock company".  Konrad is a PhD student at the Chair of Private Economic Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
