Italy: Gianni & Origoni and bureau Plattner in the transfer of the majority stake of Schlemmer Italia to Delfingen

 

 

The international law firm Gianni & Origoni has assisted Delfingen SA, a company listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, in the acquisition of the remaining 51% of shares of Schlemmer Italia S.r.l. – a company that produces plastic tubes for the coating of cables and harnesses, as well as injection molded items mainly for the automotive sector - by I-Automotive S.r.l., a company belonging to the Intercable Group, assisted by bureau Plattner.

Gianni & Origoni's team was coordinated by partner Tomaso Cenci, assisted by of counsel Filippo Ughi and associate Stefano Casamassima.

The bureau Plattner team was led by partner Carlo Gurioli assisted by Jakob Tasser for legal aspects and Hugo Perathoner for tax aspects.

By controlling 100% of the capital of Schlemmer Italia, Delfingen, a global automotive supplier with more than 2.800 employees in 20 countries around the world, also secures 100% of the capital of its subsidiaries in Tunisia and Morocco.
