The conference will take place in Dublin, Ireland from 1-3 March 2018, hosted by Noel Smyth & Partners. For those in the know, Dublin is a city of history and nightlife, politics, music, sport and culture - the perfect place for both conference and city break. And they really can teach you the meaning of craic.
Conference venue is the Hotel Conrad, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, Ireland. This hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of many of the city's sights and most of our conference venues.
Early birds among you can already book your accommodation using this "Book Now" link. Please note that this link works from a laptop / PC but we are aware of issues from smartphones & tablets, which we are working to fix.
To book the hotel element only of your stay, click the Book Now link above and complete your reservation at your special group rate. This special rate will be available until 1st February 2018 or until the allocated number of rooms have been filled. Please note that one-night deposit will be taken by the hotel at the time of booking. Should you cancel your reservation before 1st February 2018 this amount will be refunded. Any cancellations made after this date will be charged in full for all nights booked.
The business programme (which we aim to confirm in detail in autumn 2017) will be interactive and include at least one prominent external speaker. We anticipate that the business programme will happen all day on Fri 2 March and all morning on Sat 3 March 2018 - but this is subject to a little change at this early stage!
Our usual online booking form for the conference itself (you will need to complete that too!) will be ready for your use here in the Members' Area in autumn 2017. At this stage, we cannot yet accurately predict the main delegate conference fee - however you can feel confident to book your flights and hotel, and we do not expect the conference delegate costs to be materially out of line with recent WLN conferences in Europe.
Special venues have been selected for our social programme, including a reception with our hosts Noel Smyth & Partners (Thu 1 March) and dinners at Ely Winebar and O'Flaherty's at the Old Storehouse restaurants. The social programme is yet to be confirmed but is likely to involve a bus tour of the city and a visit to the Guinness Storehouse and dinner at Bow Lane cocktail bar.
We hope you're as excited as we are about this fantastic venue and gathering.
