Italy: bureau Plattner with Zweegers Equipment for the acquisition of the majority stake of Busato Macchine Agricole S.r.l.

Zweegers Equipment has acquired the majority stake in Busato Macchine Agricole S.r.l., a leading dealer of agricultural machinery in Veneto.
This acquisition represents a strategic step for the Dutch Zweegers Equipment group to expand and strengthen its presence in Europe, enhancing its ability to provide state-of-the-art agronomic solutions to farms in Italy.
An integrated team of bureau Plattner led by the partner Carlo Gurioli with Armin Haidacher and Claire Bouchy for the legal aspects and partner Rudi Moroder for the tax and financial aspects, assisted Zweegers Equipment in the transaction, in particular handling due diligence, valuation and all contractual and corporate aspects of the acquisition.
Busato Macchine Agricole S.r.l. was assisted by Giampaolo Mardegan for the legal aspects and Mario Conte and Paola Ongarato for the tax and financial aspects.
