Bureau Plattner & Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato advise in joint venture between Blue River Dairy & Alimenta

On 26 October 2016, in a press conference with the presence of the Sardinia Region representative and of Mr. Xu Xiaofeng of the Chinese Embassy in Italy, Blue River Dairy and the Cualbu group announced their Joint Venture in the company Alimenta S.r.l. The law firm Bureau Plattner, represented by the partners Massimo Petrucci and Carlo Gurioli and the associate Xinxing Ji, assisted Blue River Dairy, a Chinese worldwide leader in the milk production for infants. The Cualbu group has been assisted by Ms Veronica Vitiello, partner at Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato. The aim of the joint venture is to increase the partnership between China and Sardinia in the milk production field, in particular through the company Alimenta S.r.l. which already distinguished itself in the last years for being the main Italian company to export such products to the Chinese market.
