WLN Corporate M&A Focus Group

On Tuesday 15th October, the WLN Corporate M&A Focus Group met for a virtual meeting. Chair of the group, Sjef Bartels, was joined by Jordi de Pijper, Estela Rodriguez, Jessica Wehmeier, Harold Ferreira, Oshrat Yosef Itzhak, András Reinhardt, and Dang Hoan My.
The group reflected on its past projects, including practical guides on Foreign Direct Investments and How to Incorporate A Limited Liability Company. Both guides provide valuable comparisons between many jurisdictions.
Legal updates were shared within the group on topics such as ESG, the setting up of a company, and data protection.
The group laid the foundation for a new project on ESG and we look forward to collaborating on this in the months ahead.
