WLN Tax Focus Group

On Friday 9th June, the WLN Tax Law Focus Group met for a virtual meeting. Marcin Gorazda led the meeting and was joined by David Elvira Benito, Abhishek Hans, and Cristina Martello.
In today's meeting we focused on the "controlled foreign corporation", or GILTI in USA; and discussed taxation in the country of residence, tax-exempt or undertaxed passive income of the foreign subsidiary or related company.
