Italy: bureau Plattner and Campa Avvocati in the sale of Bianchi Lecco to Orac Decor Group

 

Orac Decor Group, a world-leading manufacturer of skirting boards, frames, profiles and complements made of excellent quality polyurethane and polystyrene, assisted by bureau Plattner, has signed a binding contract for the purchase of the Bianchi Lecco business, a distributor of interior decoration products for more than 30 years, whose partners were assisted by Campa Avvocati.

Orac Decor Group was assisted by bureau Plattner with a team led by partner Massimo Petrucci , with partner Hannes Hilpold , assisted for legal aspects by associate Cecilia Palmerio , for tax aspects by associate Andrea Rabolini and professional Alberto Hu , for labor law aspects by associate  Federica Getilli and for payroll aspects by associate Sabino Piattone .

The partners of Bianchi Lecco were assisted by Massimo Campa and Matteo Aldeghi of Campa Avvocati, assisted by Alessia Pesenti, for labor law aspects, Giampaolo Vianello, of Studio Palmieri e Associati, for tax aspects and Cornelio Gianola, of Dia System, for accounting aspects .
