Italy: bureau Plattner and Grimaldi with WIP and Slam Jam in the sale of an outlet store

 

WIP Italy Retail of the Work In Progress Group (exclusive licensee of the well-known US brand Carhartt, founded in 1889 in Detroit, Michigan, US), assisted by bureau Plattner, has acquired from Slam Jam, assisted by the Grimaldi firm, a business unit pertaining to an outlet store in Ferrara, Italy.

WIP Italy Retail was assisted by bureau Plattner with a team led by partner Massimo Petrucci , assisted for legal aspects by associates  Matteo Figini and  Cecilia Palmerio and for labor law aspects by associate Federica Getilli . Slam Jam was assisted by the firm Grimaldi, with a team led by partner Riccardo Manfrini and associate Francesca Segato.
