Bureau Plattner with Hyperion for the sale of four photovoltaic plants

Bureau Plattner assisted Hyperion Partners Holding B.V., a Dutch company of the Taiwanese private equity fund Hyperion Capital Management, in the sale of a company with 4 photovoltaic plants with a peak power of about 3.3 MW, to a group of Italian entrepreneurs led by Sun Solutions S.r.l.

Bureau Plattner team was led by its partner Massimo Petrucci, supported by partner Carlo Gurioli and assisted by the professional Francesco Clerici.

Hyperion Capital Management is a Taiwan-based private equity fund specialized in renewable energy investments.

Sun Solutions S.r.l. is an Italian company that operates in the renewable energy sector, manages and invests in photovoltaic power plants.


Bureau Plattner for the investment of Gloport into Meta System

Bureau Plattner assisted Deren Europe Investment Holding S.à.r.l., a company of the Chinese group Deren, for the investment of Sichuan Gloport Investment Development Group Co. Ltd in Meta System S.p.A., a company specialized in advanced electronic systems for the automotive sector, leader in innovation, with more than 150 registered patents and more than 200 people employed in research & development. The total investment amounts to approximately 120 million euro.

Bureau Plattner team was led by its partner Massimo Petrucci, supported by partner Carlo Gurioli and assisted by the professionals Xinxing Ji, Beatrice Gelmi, Elena Roda and Francesco Clerici.
