US - Morningstar Law Group welcomes two new litigators

 

Morningstar Law Group, WLN's member firm in Raleigh, North Carolina welcomes:

Harrison (Hank) M Gates

Hank is the newest member of the Firm’s Litigation Team and will assist clients with business and commercial litigation needs including complex contract disputes, business torts and insurance coverage disputes.

“We are delighted to have Hank joining the firm” said Bill Brian, chair of the Morningstar Law Group Litigation Team. “Hank’s work experience and contacts in Virginia will be great assets in the growth of the firm’s litigation practice.”

Prior to joining Morningstar Law Group, Hank practiced as a litigation associate at Christian & Barton, LLP in Richmond, Virginia and served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jackson L. Kiser of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.

Hank graduated with a B.A. from Washington and Lee University and earned his J.D. from University of Richmond School of Law.

Eric R Hunt

Working from the Firm’s Raleigh office, Eric will assist clients involved in a wide array of commercial disputes including those in the areas of employment and real estate. Eric will also advise clients in commercial real estate transactions related to land-use and new development.

Prior to joining Morningstar Law Group, Eric practiced as an associate in Durham, NC with Stark Law Group and in Madison, WI with Axley Brynelson. Eric graduated Summa Cum Laude from Westminster College, Missouri and earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law.
