MSB Avocats advises Même Cosmetics on 2nd round equity

 

MSB Avocats has advised Même Cosmetics in connection with the setting up of a commercial partnership with Pierre-Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique and with the company’s second round of equity financing.  Otium Capital, a first-round investor, also participated in this second round.

Même Cosmetics was advised by Charles-Philippe Letellier and David Courchia on the legal aspects and by Patrice Clavé for certain tax aspects.
