Bureau Plattner strengthens its legal team and hires Veronica Vitiello as head of the real estate and administrative law practice.

Bureau Plattner is proud to announce that Veronica Vitiello has joined its legal team as head of the real estate and administrative law department and will be based mainly in Milan.
Veronica is specialized in cross-border and national transactions with particular focus on the real-estate industry. Veronica has a particular expertise in acquisitions, divestments, joint-ventures, real-estate developments and real-estate funds, covering all the related aspects of administrative, environmental and corporate law.

Veronica was partner at Carnelutti law firm and has previously worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners.
