On 30 Sept 2019, Baroch Sobota, WLN's Prague member firm, completed an M&A transaction in which their clients sold a clinic for the purchase price of 700 mil. CZK (approx. €27 million).  The advisory team was led by Oldřich Baroch and the firm represented the sellers and provided them with all legal services.
