ebl miller rosenfalck appoints new partner Philip Henson

ebl miller rosenfalck (WLN member, London) is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Henson as a partner to head the employment team with effect from 6 November 2017.
Philip joins the firm from DKLM LLP and is known for his supportive and client focused approach, his attention to detail and his ability to find workable solutions to complex disputes. He advises employers, senior executives and directors in all aspects of employment law. He also handles complex litigation in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Philip is the editor of City Solicitor Magazine, a member of the charity committee of the City of London Law Society and an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Philip has written extensively on employment law topics in the national and trade press and has presented at various CIPD employment law conferences.
